Jaya joined Cypress Ridge in 2026 and is principally engaged in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across healthcare sub-sectors. Prior to joining Cypress Ridge, he worked at TPG, where he focused on private equity and growth investments in healthcare. Before joining TPG, he worked in healthcare investing roles at Advent International and WindRose Health Investors. Previously, Jaya worked in the healthcare investment banking group of J.P. Morgan.
